Between Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO Max, there are hundreds of shows you could potentially get hooked on this summer – but which series are worth your time? We saved you the time of scoring through the extensive Hulu TV library to find 27 great options to watch, from critically-acclaimed and award-winning series to beloved classics to cult hits, and included a few of our own personal favorites for good measure.

On to the shows:
24 – An inventive thriller you won't be able to stop
Bones – One of the best procedural crime dramas, and certainly the one that will teach you the most about bones.
Atlanta – Donald Glover stars in an essential comedy/drama about the rap scene in Atlanta.
Lost – The ending upset a *lot* of people, but the journey is still incredible TV.
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia – Chaotic, depraved and hilariously offensive by design. The series really hits its stride when Danny DeVito arrives, but all 14 seasons have their share of legendary episodes.
Seinfeld – The gold standard for sitcoms.
Arrested Development – The polarizing Netflix seasons (4-5) are not here, but you really only need the masterful first three seasons anyway.
Black-ish – Anthony Anderson stars in a brilliant hit show that launched an entire "ish" universe.
Empire – Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson star in an epic drama that just concluded earlier this year.
Fraiser – I recently rewatched all of Fraiser in 2019, and it's still hilarious.
How I Met Your Mother – An extremely binge-able and rewarding series full of twists.
Scandal – Kerry Washington stars in a political thriller created by Shonda Rhimes.
90 Day Fiance – Must-watch reality TV. After proposing to foreigners they met on dating apps, a group of Americans have 90 days to get married once they arrive in the United States. It's as crazy as it sounds.
90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days – The original is great, but Before The 90 Days takes the chaos to a different level. The series follows Americans as they travel to visit their partners for the first time in their home countries and decide whether or not to propose and begin the 90 Day Fiance process.
Love Island (UK) – A bonkers dating competition where a bunch of eligible singles pair up on an island in the hopes of finding love - and winning a $50,000 prize.
The Orville – A genuinely funny spin on classic Star Trek. Norm Macdonald plays a blob, which is really all you need to know.
Bob's Burgers – Animated comfort food.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine – Tremendously funny.
30 Rock – Tina Fey at her best.
Parks and Recreation – Don't you want to understand all those Ron Swanson memes you've seen on Twitter?
The Handmaid's Tale – An incredible adaptation of the Margaret Atwood novel.
Fresh Off The Boat – Constance Wu and Randall Park star in this groundbreaking sitcom.
Modern Family – One of the best sitcoms of the '10s, this is a great "watch with the family" option.
Friday Night Lights – Clear eyes, full heart, can't lose.
Chopped – The unrivaled king of cooking competition shows.
House Hunters – FTW's HGTV expert Hemal Jhaveri graded every major HGTV series and gave House Hunters, the "OG of HGTV shows," a glowing grade of A.
House Hunters International – According to Hemal, though, nothing beats the international variant of House Hunters. "Not only can you get a glimpse of the rental market in foreign countries, but you can also sit back and judge every single American moving to Europe and complaining about how small everything is."
